Step 1

Parents or students fill out our short online via the Enroll Now button on our homepage.


Step 2

The student's location, desired hours, and subject needs are run through our teachers team and availability is confirmed.  Once a teacher is confirmed, the student or parent will receive a call or email from the teacher to set up his or her first appointment. A teacher will be confirmed within 24 hours.  If a teacher is not available for the student's location or desired hours, we will let him or her know who is available.


Step 3

After each lesson, the parent or student will receive a detailed lesson summary from their tutor.  This serves as a receipt of services.  The parent will then be invoiced. If payment is not remitted within 24 hours, then the card on file will be ran.
